Returns & Exchange Policy

We want to do everything we can to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase.  Items may be returned or Exhanged within 20 days of the date of purchase. 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: 

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging with original labels.  
  • Items showing signs of wear are not eligible.
  • Some items are excluded, any special-order items, electrical, HVAC, or any mark down final sales items. 

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at lakewaysupply@outlook.com or Call (606) 557-1103 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. (RMA)
  2. Securely package item in original packaging included proof of purchase and RMA Form
  3. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please use the trackable form of shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges: 

  • Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the 20% restocking fee. 
  • For exchanges, the replacement will be shipped after the original return is processed. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. 

Important Notes:

  • Shipping Charges are not refundable.
  • Lakeway Supply reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting eligibility.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee 
  • This policy applies to items purchased directly from Lakeway Supply.
